The Texas National Guard has a requirement for a Rubberized Running Track at Camp Mabry, Austin, TX.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This project will provide realignment of the existing parade field track layout to measure exactly one mile and to renovate the track by adding a rubberized running surface. Improved drainage, realignment and surface restoration will be conducted by Army Engineers. Installation of the rubberized track surface and concrete curbing will be provided by commercial vendor.
