The contractor shall provide a quote for the items listed. The items must be identical or technically equal to the items listed in the Minimum Essential Characteristics.
Price:
The cost is the least important when compared to technically acceptable and past performance. Cost may become the determining factor as proposals are determined to be technically equal.
