The Regional Health Contracting Office Central plans to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for a One time Supply Purchase: Automated Semen Analyzer
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE BEING RELEASED PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 10: MARKET RESEARCH. This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This Pre-solicitation Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Regional Health Contracting Office - Central is not at this time seeking proposals, and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the United States (U.S) Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Pre-solicitation Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Pre-solicitation Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense. Responses to the Pre-solicitation Notice will not be returned. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Not responding to this Pre-solicitation Notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S Government to form a binding contract. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to continue to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov) site.
The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central plans to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for One time Supply Purchase: Automated Semen Analyzer (1 EA) with 24 inch Touch Screen Display and the and starter testing supplies that include: testing capillaries, cleaning kit, test strips, QC beads, liquefaction kit, dilution kit, vitality kit and slides FDA approved.
This Pre-solicitation Notice seeks to provide information to interested parties about potential opportunity to provide one (1) each Automated Semen Analyzer to be delivered 30 - 45 days after receipt of a purchase order.
This office will post a solicitation on or about 15 December 2017.
