The Regional Contracting Office - Italy, 414th Contracting Support Brigade, Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy, hereby publicizes its intention to issue solicitation number W912PF-14-R-0036 to solicit proposals for Custodial Services at Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy.
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and transportation, necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy.
This procurement is unrestricted (full and open competition). The projected period of performance will consist of one (1) basic period from 01 August 2014 through 30 July 2015, plus four (4) option year periods starting 01 August 2015 through 30 July 2019. Confirmed dates and additional information will be provided in the RFP.
The Government intends to award one firm-fixed price contract and will be awarded using FAR Part 15 procedures. The anticipated issue date for the Request for Proposal (RFP) in on or about 13 June 2014, with the anticipated date for receipt of quotes on or about 14 July 2014. The Government plans to use the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documentation will not be made available.
