The City of Becker is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of one or both parcels
in the T-Town area. Either parcel could be developed into an office or retail project with
the potential for 2nd floor residential units. Both parcels are located one block off of
Highway 10, and one block from the Primary and Intermediate Schools, in the heart of
the Becker Community. Parcel A is the old fire hall site, and is comprised of 3 parcels
totaling 15,681 square feet (.36 acres). The building on Parcel A is 75x 62 or
approximately 4,650 sq ft. Parcel B is the fire house site and is approximately 19,600
square feet (.45 acres).
