The Paso del Norte Health Foundation
The Paso del Norte Health Foundation (Foundation) is pleased to invite all eligible agencies to submit proposals for funding of evidence-based parent education programs through the Begin at Birth Initiative. The proposed grant year for this RFP will run from September 1, 2007 to August 31, 2008.
The mission of the Paso del Norte Health Foundation is to effect long-term improvements in the health status of the population in the Paso del Norte region through education and prevention. The Foundation will consider proposals for evidence-based education programs that improve parents' or other informal caregivers' ability to raise healthy children.
