GENERAL INFORMATION:
Estimated Project Value - $10,000,000.
Affordable housing - 54,548 square feet comprised of five levels of wood framing over one
level of concrete.
Howard S. Wright has already been selected to build this project. We are seeking bids for
all work scopes with the exception of Wood Framing, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection,
and Electrical.
Drawings and specifications will be available for review at the following plan centers:
McGraw Hill, DJC, Oregon Contractor, and OAME. Documents may also be reviewed at
HSWCCs Portland Regional Office.
Documents can be purchased from Precision Images.
Bidders must use HSW bid forms which are available online at bxwa.com.
Workforce training will be required for all subcontracts in excess of $50,000.
This will be a LEED NC-Silver project. See specification sections 013514 and 013515
