The International Energy Project Financing Network
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a contractor or team of contractors
to perform specific financial assistance tasks for California-based energy companies. Potential
bidders may bid on one or more of the identified tasks in this RFP. This work is intended to
stimulate opportunities to export California-based energy technologies and services to
international markets. Prospective bidders are encouraged to form teams with other firms or
individuals in order to provide the diverse expertise required.
