Additional Requirements:
· Space must be contiguous in building and conducive to an efficient office layout with good utilization. Space cannot be located on more than four floors
· Agency cannot be located in the same building as any foreign consulates or governments
· The floors proposed will be required to have a minimum of 50% of the floor plate be at least 37' from perimeter to core.
Subleases will not be considered.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers.
The Government requires a fully serviced lease including janitorial and utilities.
Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
