Offered space must be within the following delineated area: North: Colonial Blvd, South: Alico Road and
Corkscrew Road, East: Treeline Avenue, West: Metro Parkway and Michael G. Rippe Parkway.
Offered space must be a multi-storied with occupancy of entire floor, above the first floor but not on top floor with rooftop access within space.
Offered space can not be within a shopping mall or shopping center.
Offered space can not be within a high crime area.
Offered space must have multiple elevator banks, multiple stairwells and multiple mechanical rooms.
Offered space must have secured, controlled parking area.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, sesmic and sustainability
standards per the terms of the Lease.
