This solicitation is being competed as a Total Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside under the NAICS Code of 541720 - Research & Development in the Social Sciences & Humanities with a small business size standard of $22,000,000.00. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
