The Connecticut Army National Guard is looking for catered meals for the period of 06-19 July 2-14.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Provide a list of what is on the menu and the amount of food per meal. I need to make sure they are getting enough food per solider and a variety of food. I do not want pasta or chicken for every meal.
Please give quote as price per meal. Example breakfast $2.00 per meal and Dinner $3.00 per meal. Include all costs. Example service fee, delivery fee etc..
