The City of Decatur, Georgia Master Planning and Design Services
The City is seeking the services of a firm, partnership, joint-venture or team to provide master planning and design services of Glenn Lake Park. Services shall include a topographic survey, civil engineering and storm drainage design, landscape architectural, architectural and related engineering services including design development, preparation of construction drawings, specifications and bid documents. If possible, the proposed improvements should be designed to be environtmental sustainable and/or LEED certified.
