This publication contains various changes (from the 2008-2009 ARI Call for Proposals)
which are important to note when preparing an FY2009-10 ARI proposal for submission.
Applicants are advised and strongly encouraged to thoroughly review and adhere to
submission requirements and formats. This is an instructional manual intended to assist
applicants in the preparation, submission, and management of ARI proposals and projects.
