This new requirement acquisition stems from previous national sports marketing contracts which created increased brand awareness, leveraged numerous social media platforms, and through onsite activation enabled recruiters the ability to have quality engagement opportunities with prospective applicants. However, previous contracting information is not being provided as the Government views this requirement as entirely new and seeks innovative tasks, deliverables, and performance standards.

Historically, there has also been a requirement to have sporting events/activations serve as a high-school and college entry vehicle. The purpose is to use the sports industry to gain access to high schools.
