The Army Contracting Command-Redstone in Huntsville, AL intends to issue an award under authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulations 19.502-1(a)2) for toner cartridges/various accessories for Lexmark and Hewlett Packard printers.
A complete list of supplies with quantities and part numbers is included with this request for quote. This requirement will be met as a competitive 100% small business set-aside on a firm-fixed price contract under the negotiated contracts on the GSA federal supply schedule. The delivery date for these supplies will be within 30 days from date of award. Tentative award date is 3 July 2014.
No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent to award a contract is a request for competitive quotations. Responses shall be submitted no later than close of business 2 July 2014 to Marilyn Crawford, email address [email protected] and shall at a minimum include the following:
1. The name of your company
2. Company DUNS and CAGE Code
3. POC name and contact information
4. The specific capability that your company offers as a product that fulfills the same function as the toner cartridges and accessories to be included on this order or evidence that your company is capable of providing such brand name products.
5. A description of the products and/or supplies, include part numbers.
It is your responsibility to demonstrate how your company is capable of providing the same products that exist with current Lexmark and Hewlett Packard supplies, mentioned above.
