The ACS Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Administrative Specialist support services commencing on or about 24 September 2014 for a base period of 11 months and includes 2 option periods of 12 months each.
The RCOW is soliciting competitive quotes for the following. The Family Advocacy Administrative (FAP) Specialist shall operate and maintain the administrative processes under the Army Community Service FAP Program. The contractor is responsible for memos, SOP's, all Accreditation requirements, coordinating marketing of FAP educational resources, classes, trainings community events, scheduling FAP training, inputting data into the Client Tracking System (CTS), outreach activities, and maintaining FAP records lAW Army Regulation (AR) 608-18 and AR 25-50. Services shall be performed in support of military personnel, family members, and Department of Defense (DOD) civilians and their family members in the Wiesbaden Military Community.
