The RCOW is soliciting competitive quotes for the following. The Family Advocacy Administrative (FAP) Specialist shall operate and maintain the administrative processes under the Army Community Service FAP Program. The contractor is responsible for memos, SOP's, all Accreditation requirements, coordinating marketing of FAP educational resources, classes, trainings community events, scheduling FAP training, inputting data into the Client Tracking System (CTS), outreach activities, and maintaining FAP records lAW Army Regulation (AR) 608-18 and AR 25-50. Services shall be performed in support of military personnel, family members, and Department of Defense (DOD) civilians and their family members in the Wiesbaden Military Community.
Anticipated award type: FFP on or about 24 Sep 2014 through 23 Sep 2015 for a base period of 11 months and including 2 option periods of 12 months each. Solicitation will be issued on or about 13 Aug 2014 and will close on or about 28 Aug 2014. All Questions shall be in writing to: JoAnn Theodore.
