As detailed in the General Information portion of the RFP, the information contained herein is held to be confidential. If you do not plan on completing this RFP, TPC asks that you return this package.
Please take careful note of all the deadlines requiring action on your part. In order to be fair to all potential respondents these deadlines cannot be relaxed for any particular firm.
When responding to this RFP, you must follow these guidelines:
All final electronic proposals must be submitted by Midnight, CST - 4-30-2009.
All expenses related to developing and submitting your proposal is the sole responsibility of your company
