The purpose of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to solicit responses from Vendors to provide Augmenting Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) for information technology projects. As a result of this RFO, the State of Texas acting by and through the Department of Information Resources (DIR) expects to receive and evaluate responses, select Vendors, and enter into Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services Contracts.
