Texas Child Care Quarterly Journal
It is the intent of the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) to solicit proposals and award a contract to a vendor for services to develop, edit, publish, and distribute, free of charge, the Texas Child Care Quarterly (TCCQ) journal to all licensed and registered child care providers and listed family homes in Texas, including agency contractors, field staff, other entities identified by TWC, and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS). The awarded vendor will also manage subscriptions, back issues, and promotion of the journal, and will coordinate with the publishers of other states that purchase the journal for reproduction.
