The primary purpose of this RFP is to obtain Testing Services (the Services) to support the
MSD Testing Teams. MSD wishes to contract up to five (5) Suppliers that can provide onsite
Testing Services or outsourced Testing Services. The Services may be required for full-time
or part-time assignments on a per project basis.
MSD wishes to invite Respondents to submit a legally binding Response confirming that
Respondents are capable of working with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) to
provide the Services and to obtain information that will assist MSD to identify up to five (5)
Suppliers for those Services.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued on behalf of the Chief Executive of the
Ministry of Social Development.
