ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND - WARREN (DTA) proposes to solicit,

Technical Data Package: A link to the TDP will be available when the
solicitation is released. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be
considered. Quotes must be submitted electronically via FBO.
