Testing
The City desires the services of a licensed Environmental
Contractor to perform certain tasks related to asbestos-containing material, leadbased
paint and mold. The Bureau will utilize the resultant contract for performance of inspection/testing
and air monitoring services.
B. This solicitation shall establish a contract with a qualified firm for the
inspection/testing of designated buildings for the existence of asbestos containing
materials (ACM's), lead-based paint (LBP), and mold. The contract will also
include air quality monitoring of buildings containing ACMs, LBP, and/or mold
during abatement/demolition in place and/or the removal and disposal of
materials.
C. The Contract duration shall be for a period of one year with four renewal options.
D. The Contract is to be performed on an if and when needed basis in accordance
with all specifications, terms, and conditions.
