The U.S. Army Contracting Command-APG (ACC-APG) is requesting a Firm Fixed Price Quotation for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) TestPlant eggplant Functional Development Team License, TestPlant eggplant Manager and FastStart for a quantity of two (2) one-week training sessions in support of the Services Directorate at the Software Engineering Center. The services described below are for a one (1) year base period of performance and four (4) one (1) year options starting on or about May 25, 2018.
