Test Item Development Services for the GED Testing Service
ACE/GEDTS is seeking the services of a Contractor to provide item development and content
editorial services in accordance with the Test Specifications and Style Guidelines for the 2012
Series GED Tests. Although the specifications in this RFP are limited to item development,
ACE/GEDTS desires to contract with an organization, which may be able to provide a broader
range of assessment-related services, which may be needed in the future. As such, Proposers are
encouraged to describe the complete range of their corporate capabilities as outlined in Section 5
of this RFP.
