Terminal Redevelopment
The City is requesting proposals for the purposes of selecting a firm(s) to provide professional Construction Management and General Contracting (CM/GC) services in accordance with these Request for Proposal documents for the pre-construction and construction phases of the planned construction of the Consolidated Foundations, Podiums, Rail Station, and Terminal Interface Construction Management/General Contractor Projects.
