Terminal Advance Planning
The intent of this RFQ/P is for the City to contract for professional services to conduct Advance Terminal Planning for the new South Terminal. Also to be included as a part of the advance planning is the need for the development of a financial plan and an environmental baseline and strategy study supporting the new South Terminal development.
