The Consortium is soliciting detailed proposals from A&E firms interested in providing the following services:
Consultants shall provide multi-disciplined architectural and engineering consultant services to assist ANTHC with the delivery of rural sanitation and health care facility planning, design, and construction. Work shall be primarily performed, completed, and managed at contractor's place of businessf however, individual projects may require travel to the project site to conduct fieldwork, inspections, etc. The projects will primarily involve rural community locations throughout Alaska. Some work may also involve medical facilities in regional hubs and at the Alaska Native Medical center campus in Anchorage, including its various support and administrative buildings, utilities, and grounds.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at 10:00am Alaska Standard Time at 4000 Ambassador Drive, Anchorage, AK. All proposers are strongly encouraged to attend the conference. ANTHC will discuss the Special Requirements expectations (Scope of Services 3.2), and answer any questions about the solicitation.
