Tent Rental for Naval War College Graduation
The Naval War College, Newport, RI, will hold its graduation ceremony on Friday, June 15, 2018. There is a requirement for rental of tents, tables and chairs, as well as a stage, and audio visual equipment, for the ceremony and receptions to be held before and after. The written Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N00124-18-Q-00179, and is anticipated to be released on or about April 19, 2018. It will be posted at www.neco.navy.mil and https: www.fbo.gov. All interested offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at these web sites, or may e-mail Jason Hewitt, Contracting Officer, at Jason.hewitt@usnwc.edu. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 53284 and the associated size standard is $7.5M.
Contractors are required to have a DUNS Number and CAGE Code in order to facilitate electronic payment of invoices. These invoices shall be submitted through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF/iRAPT), the government system for electronic payment.
