This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Trident Refit Facility (TRF) at Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA, require three (3) TENNANT battery-powered sweeper scrubbers Model 8300SS ec-H2O and associate options or approved equivalent from battery 1000AH wet; charger 210 AMPS, 36 volts, 3 phase, 60Hz; brushes MaxPro 1000 (40 in/1,020 mm) cylindrical scrubbing brushes/polypropylene; main sweeping brush, window sweeping brush; side sweeping brush; heavy duty rear bumper; fire extinguisher; overhead guard; suspension seat; flashing lights mounted on overhead guard; audio-visual back-up alarm; LH sidebrush; vacuumized debris hopper b MaxPro 1000; 8300 Operator Manual and 8300 Operator Training DVD.
Provide initial set-up and training which consists of basic operation, troubleshooting and maintenance. A corrosion-resistant (stainless steel) metal nameplate to be securely attached to the outer surface of the battery-powered sweeper scrubbers and be visible from the front side of the machine. Require 10 day notice of shipping information from size, weight, number of boxes and carrier and delivery to be made only with a 24 hour notice Monday through Friday from 7:30 am and 2:00 pm EST.
