Tenant Improvement Project

The contract includes general trades, mechanical, electrical, and related site work for the partial renovation of a 2-story, wood framed structure with concrete exterior walls. The project includes upgrades to a portion of the building’s office space, new mechanical systems, new fire suppression and seismic retro-fitting.
