Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the City hereby invites businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide temporary and/or contract employee services for the City on an as-needed basis for an initial three (3) year term with 2, 3-year options to renew at the same terms and conditions.
