The Successful firms will work directly with the University-employing department to determine the necessary skill set for each job order placed, and they must ensure that the University’s minimum position qualifications and Criminal Background Check (CBC) requirements as defined by House Bill 3 are met. In cases where certain departments may have special requirements (uniforms, ID badges, training, etc.0, these requirements must be fulfilled by the temporary services firm. Cost for such special requirements will be upon mutual consent of the University and the temporary services firm.
The University does not enter into “temp to perm” placement arrangements, thus all placements by staffing agencies are expected to be temporary (less than six months) in duration. Employees of temporary agencies may apply for regular university positions, but will be subject to the same competitive application and selection process as other applicants.
