Temporary Personnel Services
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit responsive responsible vendors to provide
temporary personnel services for the OSU campus and other OSU off-campus locations
throughout the State of Oregon. Pursuant to applicable law, OSU must first rely on
Qualified Rehabilitation Facilities to provide temporary personnel services; however,
when Qualified Rehabilitation Facilities cannot meet OSU needs, OSU will rely on the
temporary personnel service provider or providers identified as a result of this RFP
process to fill temporary personnel needs, unless an exception applies. Because OSU
has a presence in every county in Oregon, through its Extension Office, multiple
contracts may be awarded if no one Proposer is able to satisfy all of OSUs regional
needs. Further, because OSU has a large variety of personnel needs, OSU requires
temporary personnel service providers to provide temporary personnel options with a
wide range of competencies.
