Temporary Office Facilities
The Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville (FLCJ) has a small business set aside procurement for Temporary Office Facilities (TOFs) in support of the PANAMAX 2014. PANAMAX is both an Operational and Foreign Military Interaction Exercise and is a top priority exercise for USSSOUTHCOM. The service contractor shall provide logistics and life support to naval forces operating in Mayport, FL for the PANAMAX Combined Exercise Control Group (CEGG). This Expeditionary Logistics and Life Support Services for U.S. Navy and Partner Nation forces operating ashore in Mayport, Florida will be for about 400 participants.
The primary objective of this contract is to obtain ten (10) office trailers: Nine (9) 12bx 56b mobile office trailers and one (1) modular or double wide office trailer for about a month starting 16 JUL 2014.
All trailers will include toilet facilities, air conditioning, two steps per trailer, trailer skirting including removal and installation deliver, setup, tie down, and pick up services, refrigerator, and microwave.
It is essential that all required services be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and delivered and operating upon arrival of forces unless otherwise specified by COR. The Services Contractor (SC) contractor shall work closely with the assigned COR, in the coordination and scheduling, ensuring effective completion of all services described herein. The SC shall provide all labor, material, personnel, operational and technical support to perform the statement of work for the execution of this exercise.
This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under FSC 2330, NACIS 236220 and Size Standard $33.5M. The SC must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for a federal contract award: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM .
