Temporary Lodging
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT is issued. The solicitation number is HSCG29-14-Q-8G2910. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS is 721110. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The government proposes to solicit from the attached scope of work / or / quotes for the attached items.
This acquisition is Unrestricted.
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Services are included in this order and are applicable.
Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov.

Request for Proposal (RFP) for Temporary Lodging:
1. Provide 10 rooms from 01 June to 30 June 2014.
2. Provide 15 rooms from 01 July to 15 July 2014.
3. Lodging must meet the following criteria.
a. No further than 10 miles from SFO Galveston.
b. Lodging consists of a room with a bed, bathroom and full kitchenette.
c. Full kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, glasses, plates and silverware.
d. Lodging is provided with wireless internet.
4. Provide secure parking for personnel
5. Lodging may meet the following optional requirements.
a. Laundry facilities available. Coast Guard personnel to provide their own soap and drying sheets.
b. Pool and gym facility available.
c. Housekeeping conducted weekly.
