Work consists of build out of Department swing space in existing bungalows, tenant improvements of temporary swing space to accommodate the
Department at City College.
Work includes light demolition of existing facilities and new construction of temporary swing
space to accommodate office space, common area, computer lab/classroom space. All present
functionality of the City College Department to be accommodated at the
built out temper space weather noted in the attached documents or not. CONTRACTOR
RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ALL EXISTING DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONALITIES AT
THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED SWING SPACE.
