Temporary Employment Services

A. PURPOSE:
Government Support Services and other State of Delaware Agencies have a requirement for Temporary Employment Services to support daily operations.
It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify a vendor(s) and execute a contract to implement the procedures necessary to allow state agencies to live temporary employees from one or more vendors to support daily operations.
B. HISTORIC USAGE:
The State of Delaware purchased roughly $ 8.0 million in Temporary Employment Services in calendar year 2009. These purchases were across the entire State. However, since this amount is based on past usage, it is not indicative of future spending.
