THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide template matching service in accordance with local, state, and federal laws for beneficiaries of the Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Rd., Ann Arbor, Michigan, for the time period of May 24, 2018 May 23, 2019. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 541715. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation.
