Temperment Intel Certification Training
Temperament Intelligence Certification provides first-term Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) an affordable method to deliver an instructional design architecture of diversity training at all levels of the organization. The certification training course integrates the use of a proven personality assessment that incorporates 4 distinct colors to provide HRAs a solid understanding of the innate talents and potential of self and individuals. Certification enable HRAs to develop their facilitation skills, while providing a comprehensive look at the unique temperaments within their organization, to confidently offer advisement to senior leadership on diversity related topics. Goal is to certify newly appointed HRAs and strategic partners to deliver training.
