Evaluation Factors for Award
Resume (Technical Proposal) and Price Proposal
The government will evaluate proposals received. The resume evaluation will be based on experience, certifications, and education. The Government will determine the strengths, weaknesses and price. The combined assessment of all resume and price shall then be completed and Offers’ ranked. Multiple awards may be made from this solicitation.
