operation with a single server PC. This package includes server software for real-time test and analysis of data. Fully compatible with all TTC PC based cards (PT#931010000-001) QTY 4 ea, Software Maintenance Agreement (annual, per machine), for GSS-SRV (PT#809002900-003) QTY 9 ea.
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Client User License ( PT# 931010000-002) QTY 11 ea, Software Maintenance Agreement (annual, per machine), for GSS-CLT (PT# 809002900-002) QTY 16 ea, GSS server/client software for operation with a single server PC. This package includes server software for real-time test and analysis of data. Fully compatible with all TTC PC based cards (PT#931010000-001) QTY 4 ea, Software Maintenance Agreement (annual, per machine), for GSS-SRV (PT#809002900-003) QTY 9 eaThis requirement is sole sourced to Teletronics Technology Corporation 15 Terry Drive, Newtown, PA as the only vendor able to provide the product due to the software being propiety to Teletronics Technology Corp.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 7 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-16-T-0054 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
