FRANKLIN COUNTY TECHNICAL SCHOOL DISTRICT TURNERS FALLS, MA LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID Franklin County Technical School, 82 Industrial Boulevard, Turners Falls, MA 01376, represented by its District Committee as the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for: Telescoping Bleacher Renovations Sealed bids will be received at the Business Office, Franklin County Technical School, 82 Industrial Boulevard, Turners Falls, MA 01376, until 3:00 P.M., on Wednesday, December 17, 2008, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders may obtain one (1) copy of the Bid Specifications at the Business Office, Franklin County Technical School, between 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, or by telephone at 413-863-9561, Ext. 117. All bid documents submitted shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked "Telescoping Bleacher Renovation" The awarding authority, the Franklin County Technical School District Committee, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and technicalities and shall award all contracts as shall be considered in the best interest of the District.
