Teleradiology Services - Cleveland/Columbus
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for Teleradiology Services for two locations 1) Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (LSCVAMC), an operative complexity level 1a. facility located at 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106, and 2) Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC) located at 420 N. James Rd, Columbus, OH 43219. The Contractor s radiologists providing teleradiology services must be Board Certified in Radiology. Services shall be consistent with The Joint Commission (TJC) and meets or exceeds VA and the American College of Radiology Guidelines.
The request for proposal (RFP) number is 36C25019R0051. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The NAICS Code assigned to this procurement is 621512, Diagnostic Imaging Centers with a business size standard of $15.0 Million. The tentative solicitation issue date is April 8, 2019 with a closing date of May 8, 2019; however, interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. The expected performance period will be September 1, 2019 through August 31, 2020 for a one-year base and four, one-year options.
All information for this solicitation will be posted to FBO, contractors are advised that they are responsible for checking the website periodically for amendments. No hard copies will be provided. A question period will be opened at the time of solicitation posting and will close on or about 10 days after solicitation posting. Questions must be submitted in writing. Answers will be provided through amendment(s) posted to FBO after the question period closing. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
