Telephone System
The County is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide a fully operational, flexible, secure and
reliable inmate telephone system and telephone services.
There are currently 77 inmate telephones and we are requesting the same number. Of
those 77 phones, 16 are located on the 3rd floor, 29 on the 4th floor and 32 on the 5th.
There are also two TDD devices. We are seeking the same number of telephones and
TDDs with the new contract.
There are also four coin-operated payphones which are supported under the inmate phone
contract. There are two located on the 3rd floor and two on the 4th floor. We are seeking
the new contract to also include four payphones.
