Telephone Recruitment Services - Consumer Behavior Study
State is seeking an experienced firm to place phone calls to residential customers to inform about and recruit participants in the SmartPricing Options Pilot. The proposer shall have the ability to offer a complete range of call center services necessary to carry out telephone recruitment efforts. The main purpose of this telephone outreach is to inform customers about new pricing options that State has to offer. Customer enrollment, although a critical part of the effort, is a secondary objective. State is looking for a contractor that is skilled in a "soft sale" approach rather than aggressive "hard push" sales tactics.
The estimated contract duration is approximately one (1)year. The estimated not-to-exceed amount for the contract is $500,000.
