Security is becoming increasingly important and Teleperformance is preparing to standardize the
security assessments/certifications at all call centers. The first step in this process includes
identification of assessment firm/s which can provide standardized security assessments at the
various Teleperformance locations. We are soliciting bids for various assessments and services
including: SAS70, ISO27001, Visa PCI, HIPAA, Vulnerability Scanning, and Annual
Penetration Testing.
