The contracting authority intends to award a Framework Agreement for Information and Telecommunications services including the replacement of the current Foreign and Commonwealth Office Telecommunications Network (FTN) contract and a number of related, primarily overseas, communications contracts and services. The contracting authority intends to make the Framework Agreement available for use by or on behalf of other UK public sector bodies and their statutory successors and organisations created as a result of re-organisation or organisational changes.
