Telecommunications System Management Software
Non-mandatory pre-bid conference 01/26/2010.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from bona fide, qualified proposers who are interested in providing a server-based IT/Telecommunications Management System for the Office of Telecommunications Management. The proposal shall include the following components:
Perpetual software license for unlimited users
Installation of software onto OTM hardware
Implementation of the system to include:
- Conversion of existing data
- System Configuration & Testing
- Parallel testing
- Development of system interfaces as follows:
- General ledger
- Accounts Receivable
- Call detail for OTM users
