The responsible vendor will provide for the complete facility, equipment and human
resources for the Nebraska TRS. The relay facility shall be comprised of, but not limited to,
the facilities of the relay center, all hardware, software, furniture, operator stations, long
distance billing and collection system, relay service access lines, any ongoing technical
expertise needed to maintain the facility, and any other duties or equipment necessary to
carry out the specifications and requirements of this RFP.
